Try Before You Buy
We understand just how stressful moving home can be. Will the area suit you? What will your neighbours be like? Will you have everything you need? Will your new home really be as comfortable day-in-day out as it appears? These are all important questions and can cause much anxiety.
We wish all our customers a stress-free move and want them to be 100% sure that it is the right move for them. This is why, on selected parks, we offer you the opportunity to try out a park home before you commit to buying, in the form of an affordable short break on your chosen park.
Glenholt, Willowgrove and Badger Hill all offer the option for you to RENT a park home from any duration from one week to a month, thus giving you time to explore the local area, chat to other residents and discover all the benefits of living within a park home community first hand.
You will be charged a bespoke rental fee then if you decide to buy the property, the cost of the rental will be deducted as a deposit from the overall cost to fully purchase the home.
PLEASE NOTE, TRY BEFORE YOU BUY IS NOT FREE OF CHARGE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A RENTAL FEE FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY, WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED AS A DEPOSIT IF YOU GO AHEAD WITH THE PURCHASE OF A HOME.
