Part Exchange Scheme
It really is as easy as 1-2-3...
- First we determine the current price of the client’s property by getting a valuation by a local estate agent. A full survey is also carried out on the property.
- Secondly, once the valuation and survey is complete, we then compare the price of the client’s property with their chosen home. At this stage, Charles Barton would arrange a time to view the client’s property and discuss the difference. In cases where the client’s home is worth more than the park home property, we will negotiate the cash difference to be paid to the client.
- Finally, providing both parties are happy with figures, the sale will go ahead.
We guarantee a contribution of at least 85% towards the current market value of your home.
